Joining mid-season? Tuition is prorated.

The season totals below assume a full-season start. If you join now, you only pay monthly tuition from the month you join forward — you don't back-pay tuition for months already passed, and the current month is prorated (half-month if you join after the 15th). One-time team fees (commitment, registration, uniform & accessories, choreography, music, practice wear, and competition fees) still apply in full. Your final month (May 2027) tuition is collected up front at signup, as it is for every family. Contact us for your exact prorated total.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still sign up mid-season?

Yes — we accept new athletes throughout the season based on availability. If you join now, your monthly tuition is prorated from the month you join; you won't be charged tuition for months that have already passed. One-time team fees (commitment, registration, uniform & accessories, choreography, music, practice wear, and competition fees) still apply. Contact us at info@elevatecheeraz.com or 623.294.4348 and we'll put together your exact prorated total.

When do my monthly charges post?

Going forward each month after registration:

  • The 1st of each month: monthly tuition and class fees (tumbling, flyer class) autopay
  • The 15th of each month: all other team-related fees post (uniforms & accessories, choreography, music, practice wear, competition fees)
What does "Pay-In-Full 10%" actually discount?

The 10% Pay-In-Full discount applies only to non-tuition dues — that's your commitment fee, registration fee, choreography, music, practice wear, uniform & accessories, and competition fees. It does not apply to monthly tuition. If you also choose the 5% Cash Discount, that 5% applies to your full team cost (after PIF). CheerAbilities receives a flat $20 PIF discount instead of the 10% rate.

Is the Commitment Fee refundable?

The $85 Commitment Fee is non-refundable once you accept your placement. All other payments are also non-refundable and non-transferable. In special situations, account credits may be issued and applied toward recreational classes, clinics, or private lessons; credits hold no cash value.

What happens if I drop out mid-season?

If a family withdraws before season end, an early-termination fee of $165 applies. Paying it ends the obligation for remaining monthly tuition for the balance of the season. The final month of tuition (May 2027), collected at signup, is forfeited. Team fees are non-refundable, and any uniforms, comp fees, or items already billed remain due. Full details are in the Athlete & Parent Handbook.

What's a Commitment Fee vs. a Registration Fee?

The Commitment Fee ($85) reserves your athlete's spot on the team and confirms your season commitment. The Registration Fee ($50) is your annual gym membership fee. Both are due at registration and paid once per season.

Are travel costs included?

No. Competition Fees on this calculator only cover event entry. Athlete travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation, meals) and spectator passes for family members are not included and are paid directly by families. End-of-season events (All Star Worlds) and their qualifying bid fees are also separate.

Can my child level up mid-season? Does the price change?

Yes — your athlete may earn a level-up to a different team mid-season. We will not change your billing without your signed approval. Any prorated difference is reviewed with you first and only applied after you sign off on the change.

Are tumbling and flyer classes required?

Tumbling — Elite Full Travel: 1× per week tumbling is required and included in monthly tuition. Athletes can upgrade to 2× or 3× per week for additional skill development. Tumbling — Novice, Prep Half, & Prep: Tumbling is optional and not included; if added, it's billed monthly. Flyer Class: Required for athletes placed as flyers on Elite teams ($30/mo team rate). Optional for everyone else ($40/mo). For required tumbling and flyer classes, missed sessions count toward missed practices — see the attendance policy in the Athlete & Parent Handbook.

How does the Family Discount work?

The Family Discount applies automatically when you have two or more athletes on competitive teams (Novice, Prep, or Elite). Each qualifying athlete gets $25/mo off tuition. The second child also gets $15 off their registration fee, and each additional child gets $5 off. CheerAbilities does not qualify a family for this discount and does not count toward sibling eligibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and checks. Setting up automatic ACH or check payments earns you a 2% discount on tuition. The 5% Cash Discount applies only when paying the full season balance in cash (Pay-In-Full required) — checks do not qualify for the 5% Cash Discount.

What about Referral Credits?

Refer a new family who has not previously been on a team in our gym, and you'll earn an account credit applied April 2027: $100 for a Travel team referral, $75 for Non-Travel, $50 for Novice. Both families must complete and sign the referral form. Credits apply only to recreational classes, clinics, or private lessons and hold no cash value.

A Note from Elevate

Our names are Brandon and Olivia Campbell, and we are the owners of the new Elevate Cheer All Stars. As we transition from the almost three-decade legacy that is K&K Cheer Empire into this next chapter, we will proudly build upon the same foundation of commitment to athlete development, quality instruction, and a culture rooted in hard work, respect, and fun.

Our coaching staff brings decades of combined experience in the All Star industry and maintains certifications such as Safesport, NFHS, AACCA, CPR, and First Aid to ensure a safe and structured learning environment for athletes of all ages.

We believe cheerleading should be both challenging and enjoyable. While we emphasize proper technique, teamwork, and competitive excellence, we also recognize the importance of balance, allowing athletes the opportunity to grow, explore other interests, and develop confidence both on and off the mat. Talent alone does not define success here. Character, attitude, and effort matter most.

Athletes will be taught fundamentally sound cheerleading while building lifelong values through teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Our mission is to develop well-rounded athletes who are prepared for success far beyond competition.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank Karlee Jackson for everything she has built and for trusting us to take it to the next level. We are also incredibly grateful to our staff for believing in our vision and standing alongside us as we move forward. To our Elevate families, whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, thank you for considering our program and for being a part of something that has meant so much to so many.

Sincerely,
The Campbells

Evaluations & Team Placement
Evaluations have concluded for the 2026–27 season. To schedule a private evaluation, please email info@elevatecheeraz.com.

Skill Requirements

Level 2+ athletes must have a standing back handspring and round-off back handspring without assistance. Level 1 athletes who demonstrate higher-level tumbling may be asked to showcase those skills.

Evaluation & Placement

Athletes are placed based on age, skill level, tumbling, jumps, stunting, motion technique, and coachability. Returning athletes are also evaluated on attendance and prior performance. Placements, routines, and positions are determined at coach and ownership discretion based on evaluation results and overall program fit. By participating, families agree to these decisions. Coaches may adjust placements, require additional training, and make roster decisions throughout the season. Athletes may be placed as alternates or double teamers.

Communication

Individual questions are welcome. Group discussions are not permitted. Private evaluations are free and can be requested through our evaluation request form. If a family disputes an initial placement, a private re-evaluation is available for a $35 fee.

Team Placement & Registration

Placements are sent by email. Next steps, paperwork, and financial details are included in your placement email.

Cost Breakdown

Team Fee Overview: Team fees include all essential in-season expenses such as local competition entry fees, choreography, custom music, and uniforms. These fees ensure your athlete is fully prepared for the competitive season. With reasonable notice, additional competitions may be added, which could result in additional fees.

Commitment Fee
Secures your athlete's spot on the team and confirms your family's commitment to the upcoming season. This allows us to finalize team rosters and begin season planning. Non-refundable.
Annual Registration Fee
Covers administrative costs including athlete enrollment, system setup, and season preparation. This fee, along with the commitment fee, officially registers your athlete in the program and is non-refundable.
Monthly Tuition
Ongoing training cost that covers weekly practices, coaching, and facility use throughout the season. Your May 2027 tuition is due at the time of sign up and represents the final month of the season.
Choreography
Covers the creation, instruction, and cleaning of your athlete's competition routine by professional choreographers.
Music
Includes custom-cut and licensed competition music tailored specifically to your team's routine.
Practice Wear
Covers designated team practice apparel to maintain a clean and consistent training environment. May also be used for events.
Competition Uniform & Accessories
Includes the official team uniform and required accessories worn at competitions and events. Uniforms are designed to last up to three seasons; all athletes will purchase a new uniform for the 2026–27 season. Uniforms must be paid in full before distribution. Athletes will be sized after team placements.

Accessories

  • Elevate Warm-up · Branded warmup — $150
  • Elevate Backpack · Branded backpack — $125
  • Team Shoes · Elevate branded shoes — $125

For Elite Full Travel teams, it is recommended to have a separate shoe for practice in addition to your branded team competition shoes. Tiny, Mini, and Prep teams need all-white cheer shoes; branded team competition shoes are not required.

Additional Fees

Local Competition Fees
Covers entry fees for in-season local competitions your team attends.
Zorts Fee
Required annual fee paid directly to Zorts for athlete registration and communication. All athletes must be registered. Up to $25 annually.
Out-of-Town / End-of-Season Events
Teams attending in-season out-of-town competitions will incur additional team fees covering competition registration, coaches' registration, and travel-related expenses. Family travel expenses (airfare, lodging, meals, transportation) are not included. All Star Worlds is an end-of-season event requiring separate fees typically due in March.
Late Fees / Insufficient Funds
A $25 monthly fee will be applied to accounts with late payments, chargebacks, or insufficient funds. Families are strongly encouraged to enroll in automatic payments using ACH or a credit card. Late fees are applied automatically by the system. Regular season fees are posted to accounts at least three (3) days prior to the due date.
Early Termination Fee
Participation with Elevate Cheer All Stars is a full-season commitment. Should you decide to terminate your financial obligations early, an early termination fee of $165 applies and ends the obligation for remaining monthly tuition. May 2027 tuition, collected at signup, is forfeited. Team fees are non-refundable. Termination fees may apply regardless of circumstances; final discretion regarding withdrawals and fees rests with gym management.
Discounts & Referral Credits
Pay-in-Full Discount
If you opt to pay the total amount for the season in full, you will receive a discount equating to 10% on dues.
Family Discount
Families with multiple athletes enrolled on competitive teams are eligible for sibling discounts. A $15 discount will be applied to the registration fee for the second child, with an additional $5 discount applied to the registration fee for each additional child thereafter. In addition, families will receive $25 off monthly tuition as a family discount.
ACH Banking Discount
Athletes enrolled in automatic payments using checking or savings accounts will receive a 2% discount applied to the lowest available cost after all other discounts. Families who pay the full balance by check will also receive the same 2% discount.

Referral Credits

We love growing our Elevate family, and one of the best ways to do that is through referrals from our current families. Referral credit applies to a new athlete who has not previously participated on a team in our gym. Both families must complete and sign the referral form to verify the referral.

  • Travel Team enrollment: $100 account credit in April 2027
  • Non-Travel Team enrollment: $75 account credit in April 2027
  • Novice Team enrollment: $50 account credit in April 2027
Travel Obligations

Families are encouraged to review the season calendar carefully before making any travel arrangements.

Driving Distance Events

When feasible, teams traveling to events within driving distance — such as Palm Springs, Anaheim, or Las Vegas — may practice at the gym on Friday morning and depart following practice to help reduce travel costs. Teams will typically return home after awards or on Monday.

Travel Week Practices

Practices will continue as scheduled the week of most travel competitions. Traveling to the event early is not an acceptable reason to miss practice and would be treated as an absence during the Pre-Competition Period (see Attendance Policy for details).

Extended Travel

For events requiring longer travel, athletes should plan to arrive approximately one and a half days before their first scheduled performance and depart the day after the final competition day. For example, for a Saturday competition in a location such as Reno, Dallas, or Orlando, families should plan to travel Thursday, attend a local practice Friday, compete Saturday and Sunday, and depart Monday.

Scheduling & Booking

Competition schedules are typically released the week of the event or as provided by the event producer. Elevate Cheer All Stars is not financially responsible for scheduling changes or conflicts with flights or hotel reservations. Families are strongly encouraged to book refundable or transferable travel arrangements when possible. Flying to out-of-town events is not required, and refunds will not be issued for travel arrangements made independently by families.

Conduct & Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for their athlete's activities and behavior during out-of-town events. Extensive activities should be saved for after competitions. Athletes and families should not approach competition officials for any reason — all concerns should be directed to coaches. Failure to follow this policy may result in disqualification of the entire program.

Attendance

Consistent attendance is essential for individual growth and team success. Excessive absences — excused or unexcused — may affect an athlete's placement or role. In addition to practices, athletes and families should expect occasional outside commitments such as fundraisers, community events, and team bonding activities.

Summer Session Practice Schedule (thru July 27th)

  • Elite Full Travel: 3 practices per week
  • Prep Non-Travel: 1 practice per week
  • Novice: 1 practice per week

Competition season begins July 27th, at which point all teams transition to their regular competition season schedule. Additional practices may be added leading up to competitions.

Absence Procedures

We understand absences are sometimes unavoidable. Please notify coaches as soon as possible so they can plan accordingly.

Allowance & Protocol: Athletes are allowed seven excused absences during competition season. Unexcused absences are tracked separately and addressed at the discretion of coaches and directors. After seven excused absences, a mandatory coach meeting will be scheduled to review the situation and establish a plan forward. Outcomes — which may include a modified attendance agreement or placement adjustment — are determined at the discretion of coaches, directors, and ownership. Until the meeting occurs, the athlete may sit out, be placed as an alternate, or be removed from choreography.

Tardy / Late Arrival

Athletes are expected to arrive on time and ready to participate. Consistent tardiness is disruptive and may be addressed by coaches and directors. Habitual late arrivals may affect an athlete's placement or standing.

Pre-Competition Period

The two weeks before a competition are critical. Athletes who miss practice during this window may be removed from the routine, and missing a competition without prior approval may result in dismissal — both at the discretion of ownership, directors, and coaches.

Planned Absences

Written submissions are required at least two weeks in advance — forms are available at the front desk and online. If a request is not approved, the athlete is expected to attend as scheduled. Families may direct concerns to the program director, but proceeding without approval will result in an unexcused absence.

Illness

Athletes should attend unless they have a fever, are vomiting, have a contagious condition, or cannot participate safely. Please notify coaches privately when in doubt. Athletes who can attend but aren't ready for full participation are still encouraged to come; coaches will determine what's appropriate. Absences beyond one practice may require a doctor's note for routine adjustments.

Injury

Notify coaches immediately. A doctor's note is required, including prognosis, recovery timeline, and participation restrictions. Placement upon return is evaluated case-by-case based on length of absence, routine changes, and readiness to return. Tuition and fees remain due during injury.

Family or Emergency Situations

Please notify the program director and coaches privately as soon as possible. We will do our best to support your family through difficult times.

Excused Absences

(proper communication and approval required — two weeks notice where applicable)

  • School functions impacting grades
  • Pre-planned religious observances or holidays
  • Required school ceremonies or academic field trips
  • Hospitalization
  • Serious illness or injury to athlete or immediate family member
  • Death in the family
  • Other circumstances approved by management and coaches
Unexcused Absences

(managed alongside team commitments)

  • Homework, studying, or academic projects
  • Other extracurricular activities or employment
  • Illness not meeting the outlined criteria

Unexcused absences are handled at the discretion of coaches, directors, and ownership and may result in placement or choreography adjustments. Unexcused absences in the two weeks before a competition are treated with the same seriousness as the no-absence rule.

Dress Code

Practice

Athletes are expected to follow the practice dress code at all scheduled practices. Designated practice attire and cheer shoes must be worn to every practice.

  • Practice Day 1: Black spandex and black Elevate top with any bow
  • Practice Day 2: Blue skirt and Elevate top with team bow
  • Athletes who are alternates, injured, or limited due to illness are still required to wear appropriate practice attire
  • Hair must be pulled fully out of the face in a high pony at every practice. Chin-length hair may be worn half up, half down.
  • Male athletes should keep hair neatly groomed, away from the face and off the neck, with well-kept facial hair if any.
  • Practice attire may shrink over time and athletes may grow throughout the season. If attire no longer fits, families may be required to purchase a replacement set.
  • Female athletes must wear spandex under practice attire.
  • Female athletes are encouraged to wear sports bras under practice tops. Layering is permitted if additional support is needed.
  • Jewelry is strongly discouraged at practice. Elevate Cheer All Stars and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or removed jewelry.

Competition

Athletes are required to arrive at all competition venues in full Competition Ready attire. This ensures a polished appearance, compliance with industry rules, and athlete safety.

  • Full team uniform with hair fully styled and ready for competition
  • Uniforms worn as intended, with no altered fit such as unbuttoned collars, off-shoulder wear, or arms out of sleeves
  • Official Elevate Cheer All Stars warm-ups worn over the uniform when applicable
  • Team bow
  • Athletic cheer shoes only
  • No jewelry may be worn during warm-ups or competition — this may result in deductions and poses a safety risk
  • Piercings may not be covered or plugged while competing due to industry regulations
  • Uniform skirts must be worn under athletic outerwear
  • Apparel and backpacks must be Elevate Cheer All Stars branded or specific to the competition being attended. Warm-ups, backpacks, and additional gear may be purchased through our team shop.
Other Policies

Parent Viewing Area

The lobby will be open during practice times for parent viewing. Due to the size of the lobby and to help limit distractions for athletes, families are encouraged to arrive during the final fifteen (15) minutes of practice whenever possible. That said, we are always happy to have our families in the lobby and appreciate your support. Coaches reserve the right to limit or close viewing for specific practices or portions of practice when needed to best support athlete development.

Refund & Financial Commitment Policy

All fees paid to Elevate Cheer All Stars are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, commitment fees, tuition, choreography, music, apparel, uniforms, and competition fees.

Tuition represents the cost of the full season and is not based on attendance. Missed practices, vacations, schedule conflicts, late registration, or withdrawal from the program do not reduce or eliminate financial obligations.

In the event an athlete withdraws from the program for any reason — including injury, relocation, or personal circumstances — the account remains responsible for all remaining tuition and team-related fees for the duration of the season, as outlined in the program agreement.

If an athlete is unable to participate due to injury, they may be permitted to remain on the team in a modified role when appropriate; however, all financial obligations will still apply.

All sales of apparel, uniforms, and custom items are final once ordered. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Elevate Cheer All Stars reserves the right to review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions, including potential account credits or adjusted payment obligations, are made at the sole discretion of ownership and do not establish precedent. In approved situations, account credits may be issued and can be applied toward recreational classes, clinics, or private lessons; credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable.

Brand Protection & Unauthorized Merchandise

The name Elevate Cheer All Stars, all associated logos, slogans, designs, and branding elements are trademarked and copyrighted property of Elevate Cheer All Stars. These assets are legally protected and may not be reproduced, altered, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.

No parent, athlete, family member, friend, vendor, sponsor, or outside entity may print, create, sell, distribute, or use any merchandise or promotional items bearing the Elevate Cheer All Stars name, logo, or likeness. This includes but is not limited to clothing, bags, cups, water bottles, bows, banners, decals, digital designs, social media graphics, or any other branded items.

All official merchandise, spirit wear, and promotional materials must be approved in advance and produced through Elevate Cheer All Stars or its authorized vendors. Written consent must be obtained prior to any use, regardless of intent, quantity, or whether the items are sold, gifted, or used personally.

Team Communication App

Elevate Cheer All Stars uses the BAND app as the primary platform for team communication. This includes important updates such as practice changes, competition schedules, videos, photos, and team announcements.
