These Website Terms apply to elevatecheeraz.com, operated by Sonoran Athletics LLC, doing business as Elevate Cheer All Stars ("Elevate," "we," "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our programs, review schedules and pricing information, submit forms and reach our enrollment and payment providers. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site for its intended purpose.

3. Parent and guardian authority

If you submit information about an athlete, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete, or that you are authorized to submit it on their behalf. Do not submit another person's information without authority to do so.

4. Website content is informational

Content on this website is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but schedules, class times, pricing, program details, availability and event information may change, and errors or omissions may occur. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of placement, availability, pricing or results.

5. Enrollment agreements control

Enrollment, team participation, payments, refunds, attendance, discipline and withdrawal are governed by separate signed agreements and program policies, including the enrollment agreement, the Athlete & Parent Handbook and applicable waivers.

No page on this website overrides a signed enrollment agreement. If a description on this website conflicts with a signed agreement or current program policy, the signed agreement and policy control.

6. Third party platforms and links

This website links to and relies on outside platforms, including Jackrabbit Class for enrollment and family accounts, Tally for certain forms, and third party payment providers. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of websites and platforms we do not operate. Review their terms before using them.

7. Intellectual property

The Elevate Cheer All Stars name, logo, V mark, wordmark, team names, graphics, photographs, text, layout and other website content are owned by Elevate or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law.

You may view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with our programs. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or use our names, logos or content for commercial purposes or to produce merchandise without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited use

• Using the site in a way that violates any law or infringes another party's rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts or its underlying systems
• Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the site
• Introducing malicious code, or scraping or harvesting site content or personal information

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate and its owners, members, employees, coaches and agents from claims, losses and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your submission of information you were not authorized to submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
