This Privacy Policy explains how Sonoran Athletics LLC, doing business as Elevate Cheer All Stars ("Elevate," "we," "us"), handles information submitted through elevatecheeraz.com.

Information you give us

• Contact forms. Name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Private lesson requests. Athlete name, skill goals, availability, preferred coach and parent contact information.
• Applications and enrollment information. Athlete and parent details submitted when applying for a team or enrolling in a class, program or event.
• Order and confirmation forms. Sizing and item selections for practicewear, uniforms and related purchases.
• Emergency, allergy and medical information. Information a parent or guardian chooses to provide so we can respond appropriately during practices, classes and events.

Athlete information

We expect athlete information to be submitted by a parent or legal guardian in connection with Elevate programs and services. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from athletes under 13 through this website. If you believe an athlete has submitted information without a parent or guardian, contact us and we will review the submission.

Website usage information

Our web host records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is generated automatically as part of serving the site.

Third party platforms we link to or embed, including our enrollment provider and form providers, may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those providers rather than this one.

Third party services

We use the following third party services. Each has its own privacy practices, and information you submit through them is also handled under their policies.

• Jackrabbit Class. Enrollment, class registration, family accounts and billing.
• Tally. Certain online forms, including waiver submission.
• Square. Payment processing.
• Google (Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail). Receiving, storing and responding to certain form submissions.
• SiteGround. Website hosting.
• BAND. Team communication for enrolled families.

When a payment is processed by a third party such as Square or Jackrabbit, that provider handles the card details. Elevate does not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers through this website.

How we use information

• Respond to questions, requests and form submissions
• Schedule and forward private lesson requests to coaches
• Process applications, evaluations, team placement and enrollment
• Administer classes, teams, events and billing
• Send program updates, schedule changes and account communications
• Respond appropriately to injuries, allergies and emergencies
• Operate, maintain and improve the website and our programs
• Meet legal, safety and recordkeeping obligations

When information is shared

• Coaches and staff. Shared internally as needed to coach, supervise and administer programs, including relevant medical and emergency information.
• Service providers. Shared with the platforms listed above to the extent needed to provide their service.
• Event producers. Athlete and roster information required to register a team for a competition or event.
• Legal and safety. Disclosed when we believe in good faith that it is required by law, or reasonably necessary to protect the safety of an athlete, staff member or the public, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and for a reasonable period afterward to meet business, accounting, insurance and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Some records, such as billing and waiver records, are kept longer than general inquiries.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, and we rely on established third party providers for enrollment, payments and hosting. No website, service or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

A parent or guardian may ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about them or their athlete. Email info@elevatecheeraz.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where we have a legal, accounting or safety reason to keep it, and we will tell you if that applies.

Information held inside a third party platform, such as a Jackrabbit family account, may also be managed directly through that platform.

This website links to outside sites and platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Review their policies before submitting information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website after an update means the current version applies.
